	With two people taking part in CRP.
These dumbbells are used by people who have once experienced cardiac problems, and take part in CRP. I felt the dumbbells were a little heavy...even for me!
	Electrocardiograms are checked by this machine one by one before CRP.
Everyone completed the blood pressure and electrocardiogram checks. Here they are preparing for exercise.
	皆さん、運動前のストレッチ。まん中の黄色い服の人は大学院生です。（マーシーだったかな？）
自転車も外に出して、一汗かきます。空気抵抗でプロペラ式だったような気がします。ハンドルも前後に動くんですよ。
